Your own Resolutions

Each January, many of us figure that because it’s a fresh global year, we could be starting anew with our own lives…to keep us youthful, of course! In the world of Numerology, your own personal year begins from your own birthday and ends the day before your next birthday. The birth time is when the Scientists of the Intangible World would say that the sun is closest to you, and that is, therefore, deemed a favourable timeframe for you (like the expression, ‘the ball is in your court’). No matter when you decide to brush up on your personal self or personal goals, no time like now anyway! One of those planets out there saying that the time is now is surely around the corner, right?! After all, isn’t it said that new projects should be started either on or directly after a new moon and trust that the project will come to fruition by the full one?

I could go into the phases in your life, the sign you live in, flip a Tarot card and promise you the moon, but regardless of all that, when you are ready to put your all into what you want to accomplish, that will be your time and it will be up to you to ensure that the mind is focused and clear about what you want.

 

 

Neurobics is an interesting topic I found years ago - it is the subject of pushing the brain to use its ability by challenging it – say, using different methods for the habitual tasks, like using your left hand rather than right hand to brush your teeth – and other brain teasers.

Whether it’s going about your everyday routines differently, starting to learn new dancing, trying out fencing, or downright learning a new hobby, keeping your mind entertained with challenges is that youth-building pill many of us assume we cannot do as we age.

What it is...Cellulite is fat cells that have bulged through cell walls into the skin's middle layer, where they pull on connective tissue to create an unattractive, dimpled skin surface.

 

How to get rid of cellulite

 

tip 1: The cellulite is a cool body part. Generally, heating it in a proper way helps in melting down the adipose tissues or fatty tissues accumulated underneath the skin. This can be done by putting some sauna belt onto it or applying some hot packs on it. Regular such treatment helps in getting rid of cellulite fast.

 tip 2: There are many products available on the market that helps in reducing the cellulite appearance. The products may contain herbal extracts that possess natural anti-cellulite properties. Herbs such as garcinia, guggulu, lahsuna, ginger etc are said to be very useful in shedding off the extra pounds accumulated underneath the skin.

 tip 3:
Massaging plays important role in treating cellulite. Various types of massage such as Ayurvedic, Aroma, Thai massages are considered to be very beneficial in improving the blood circulation and melting down the body fat tissues accumulated beneath the dermal layers. In addition, massaging with medicated oil, solution, cream, gel or powder may help in melting down the adipose tissues much faster than normal. However, to get good results, one has to follow these therapies on a regular basis.

: There are many devices available on the market that helps in relieving cellulite conditions. Such devices may include vibrators and sauna belts. Some manufacturers produce belts those have both functioning; they work as vibrator and they are sauna too. Sauna bath also helps in getting rid of cellulite.

: Physical workout and some special exercises are said to be very beneficial in getting rid of cellulite. Swimming, cycling, aerobics and Yoga are reported to restore the body health, keep enzymes and hormones at normal levels and also help in fat metabolism. Regularity in such exercises and physical workout also helps in treating and preventing the conditions associated with cellulite
