Ahah!!! you have decided to calm down your eating habits.... here are some ideas
and it is up to you to find the solution that fits your way of living/body type....
Excerpt from the Joyce Vedral sample weight loss diet
(taken from the 12-minute workout by Joyce Vedral)
you do not eat past 6pm and exercise to ensure you stay away from food
(or eat vegetables...:)
Breakfast:
One poached egg white or two-thirds cup plain oatmeal
One slice whole-wheat toast or one-bran muffin
no-calorie beverage
six ounces of juice or one fruit
coffee or tea
*Jennifer's extra: because the Canadian food guide says that sugars, alcohol, sweets, fall into a category
and that they should all together only consist of 10% of your day... have yourself a coffeebreak that
you reward yourself each day at around 9:30am or 10am (NO OTHER TIME)
one piece of pie and a coffee or tea or water with tablespoon of fruit juice in it
OR
three cookies and a coffee or tea or water .... or skim milk....
Lunch:
Chef salad without beef, ham or cheese
or
white meat turkey sandwich with lettuce and tomato on whole-wheat bread
or
water-packed tuna in sandwich (mix tuna with various chopped vegetables, spices,
lemon or vinegar)
tossed salad, vingear and spices dressing
one cup of any allowed fresh or frozen vegetable (see her book or ask me, basics not starch)
Dinner:
Six to eight ounces of any low-fat fish or white meat of turkey or chicken
One potato with low-fat plain yogurt or sour cream substitute
or
four ounces protein or whole-wheat spaghetti with four ounces tomato sauce
one or two cups of any vegetables
tossed salad
no -calorie beverage

Beverley Hills diet.... careful with this and herbal regimes.... you can do your organs damage
but
if you must do one day to kick-start yourself to feeling better, after talking to your doctor, ask
if perhaps eating protein and vegetables, no sugar,
and no added fatty products
recommended only one day of this to feel the substance calories do their work
again... check with doctor what is harmless way to make you feel like you've achieved something
the first day for sake of morale :)

Although most have probably found the hare trip wonderfully easy on gaining weight, we are
relegated to the tortoise pace to lose it, but it will fall off in time if you and your doctor work
together, although you are the ultimate owner of the discipline...
Your diet is the first step to healthy skin, functioning body...now on to step two... exercise...
