Ahhhh..... now ve leeft weights, ya?

possibly... how about lifting your own self?

Pole dancing is becoming quite the trend, but what makes it pleasing to the participant,

like bellydancing, you don't have to advance to great heights (pardon the pun) to

continue this form of dance and muscle toning.  

 'Stick to your comfort zone as long as you tone'   is my motto... of course pushing yourself

is what we all would love to do, but do we?  at least moving with positive attitude is better

than doing nothing at all!

As we age, our bone density is stuck in our minds.   We need to get our circulatory systems going (I say systems plural

because I am not referring only to blood flow but also to your lymphatic system, a circulation system

that unfortunately gets severed sometimes during surgery...then it becomes a chore to keep the

system flowing smoothly - talk to your doctor and/or Faith at the Nu Me Boutique for more advice).

So if getting to a place to work on bouncing around isn't in the cards, walk Buster, clean house with enthusiasm (get that music on), shake off

the dust and get the lead out as Mom used
